At Momentum Training UK, we are committed to providing quality training and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your course purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your course booking up to 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has started.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Transfers and Rescheduling

  • You may request to transfer your booking to another course date or program up to 7 days before the course start date, subject to availability.

  • Transfers made within 7 days of the course start date may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any physical materials or digital resources provided as part of the course are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • Deposit payments made to secure course bookings are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Momentum Training UK.

Returns

  • If you receive physical course materials that are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

  • Materials must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
