The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for designated workplace first aiders. Course Content

• Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
• Incident assessment and scene safety

• Recognising and managing medical conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, heart attacks
• Handling minor injuries and eye injuries
• Recording and reporting incidents
